How to choose a reliable custom office furniture manufacturer|Key points of proofing & production
Choose manufacturer
1. Give priority to own office furniture factories, observe the production line on site (CNC cutting, PUR edge sealing, six-sided drilling), avoid middlemen and OEM; check the ENF/E0 environmental protection and hardware test reports of the panels, and view similar completion cases. 2. The project order confirms that the office furniture manufacturer can provide a full set of bidding qualifications and commitment letter documents. 3. Read the detailed quotation, be wary of ultra-low prices, and write modifications and additions into the contract. 4. Clarify the delivery date, own installation team, warranty period and extension responsibilities.

Proofing process (must be done in engineering)
1. Confirm the CAD detailed drawings and clarify the material and process.

2. The samples are required to use the same materials and processes as the bulk goods, so as to avoid reducing the quantity of bulk goods if the samples are good.

3. Check the sample size, edge sealing, color difference, hardware opening and closing, and stability.

4. After passing the test, the physical/photo samples will be sealed as the acceptance criteria for large goods; the sample fee for small orders can be refunded upon negotiation for large goods.

Key processes of mass production
Drawing finalization → Material verification → CNC cutting → PUR edge sealing → Hole punching and milling → Decoration/paint → Workshop pre-trial installation (key quality control) → Quality inspection and packaging → On-site installation and acceptance.

Key points to avoid pitfalls
① Direct mass production without renderings;
② Pay attention to edge sealing and factory pre-assembly;
③ The contract states the material, sample sealing standards, delivery date, warranty, and breach of contract terms;
④ Compare prices and configurations, not just the low price.
