1. Early stage: clear technical standards + complete sample sealing to prevent inconsistency between samples and bulk goodsLock the technical parameters of the material in writing and refuse vague descriptions. The contract and technical attachments state: board grade, veneer tree species/thickness/grade, veneer splicing grain requirements, paint system (number of primer and topcoat passes, paint brand), leather fabric wear resistance level, hardware brand model specifications, and glue environmental protection level. Distinguish between movable furniture and fixed woodwork, clarify environmental protection standards, and focus on controlling formaldehyde release indicators in office confined spaces.

Key points: Proofing must use the same raw materials and processes as large-scale products, and the sample room is prohibited from specializing in high-end sample parts; the renderings are only used as a reference for effects, and the physical sealed samples are used as the first basis for acceptance.
2. Inspection of incoming materials and intercepting material risks from the sourceAfter the raw materials arrive at the office furniture production factory, check them against the sealed samples: veneer grade, texture and color, plate logo, and physical model of the hardware. Check the veneer for scars, insect holes, and cracks; check the environmental protection test report for the board to ensure that the manifest, report, and physical product correspond to each other.
The veneer should be dried and cured, and the moisture content of large office countertops and cabinet boards should be controlled within a range that matches the local environment to avoid later cracking and degumming and bulging of the veneer. Raw materials with unqualified moisture content will not be put into production.
For important materials, Party A can arrange random inspections of incoming materials and review batches of boards and fabrics.
3. Production process controlFirst article confirmation system: Each non-standard style (executive desk, large conference table, customized file cabinet) first produces the first finished product, which is checked against the drawings + a full set of sealed samples: veneer grain alignment, color difference, paint effect, hardware assembly, structural load-bearing, and countertop flatness. Only after the first piece is confirmed to be qualified can it be put into mass production; if the first piece is unqualified, the process will be adjusted and direct mass production is not allowed.
Key process control
Wood veneer pasting: control the glue, hot pressing time and pressure to prevent veneer bubbling and delamination in the later stage; rationally set expansion joints on large-area countertops to avoid temperature and humidity deformation and cracking.
Painting process: The processes of sanding, primer, and topcoat are complete. It is strictly forbidden to reduce the number of paint passes to meet the deadline; avoid sags, particles, and color differences.
Structural reinforcement: Executive desks, large conference tables, and high cabinets have reinforced frames to ensure load-bearing and resistance to shaking; drawers and cabinet doors are equipped with hardware suitable for high-frequency office use, and are assembled and debugged in place.
Soft fabric: Check the wear resistance and anti-fouling properties, neat stitching, and no loose bulges.
Change control: Any replacement of materials or processes must submit a new sample, which must be confirmed in writing by Party A and the designer, and the sealed sample must be updated; the workshop is not allowed to replace materials and accessories without permission. Oral changes will not be implemented.
4. Factory inspection, if necessary, pre-assembly by customized office furniture manufacturersComplete factory inspection of finished products: appearance color difference, bumps and scratches, hardware opening and closing, cabinet verticality, countertop flatness, opening position, and load-bearing structure are inspected one by one.
For large non-standard products (extra-long conference tables, solid woodwork on the entire surface), it is recommended to pre-assemble them in the factory and check the splicing gaps, grain alignment effects, and component matching. Problems should be rectified at the office furniture production factory before being dismantled, packaged and shipped. Do not bring defects to the construction site.
Corresponding batch environmental protection and material testing reports are provided with the goods, and the actual reports are consistent.
5. Packaging, transportation and on-site acceptance controlThe packaging protection of large countertops and special-shaped components is strengthened, and the corner protectors, foam, and wooden frames are well protected to prevent bumps and scratches during transportation.
The goods arrive at the site for unpacking and acceptance, and the materials, hardware, and colors are checked against the sealed samples. If any discrepancies in materials or workmanship are found, installation will be refused and the office furniture customization factory will return the goods to the factory for processing. Large-area polishing and repair will not be performed on site to cover up defects.
6. Full details of the contract terms (bidding can be directly copied)In order to avoid material and process quality risks, the project implements raw material warehousing inspection, physical sample sealing, and first article confirmation mechanism; all raw materials must be consistent with the sealed samples, and private downgrades and replacements are strictly prohibited; large non-standard furniture is pre-assembled in office furniture production plants; corresponding batch inspection reports are provided; responsibilities for rectification, return, exchange, and compensation of material inconsistencies and workmanship defects are clarified, and the signed sample seals and detailed drawings are used as the basis for final acceptance.
7. Key risk remindersOnly read the report without sealing the physical sample: the report is qualified, but the materials for the bulk goods were secretly replaced, and there is no physical reference for acceptance.
